Developer disputes

If a developer in Punta Cana or Bávaro fails to deliver, falls behind or breaches the agreement, we review your contract and documents and explain your options, from negotiation to court.

What we look at
  • Signed contract and schedules
  • Payments made and receipts
  • Correspondence with the developer
  • Registry status of the project

How we work

  1. Email or call us and tell us what you plan to do. You do not need to send documents on first contact.
  2. We send you a written quote describing the scope of work.
  3. We gather and review the documentation with the relevant institutions.
  4. We deliver our findings in writing, in English or Spanish, and walk you through them.
