Title search and verification
We check with the Dominican real estate jurisdiction (Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria) that a property’s certificate of title is genuine, who the registered owner is and what liens or annotations it carries. It is the first step of any purchase in the Dominican Republic.
- Authenticity of the certificate of title
- Registered owner and match with the seller
- Mortgages, seizures, oppositions and other annotations
- Boundary survey and cadastral designation
